Food can be healthy or it can be very bad for our organism.
We mustn’t eat junk food because it contains fats, which are not good four us. What we must eat every day are fruit and vegetables. They contain a lot of vitamins, which are very good for our organism.
A healthy body needs proteins and carbohydrates. We can find proteins in meat, eggs or milk. Carbohydrates give our body energy and that’s why we must eat bread or potatoes every day.
Vegetables and fruit have many benefits, for example carrots which are very good for the emprovemen of our sigh.
More and more people prefere fast-foods because it’s an easier way to eat. They don’t like eating fruit and vegetables that’s why people get sicker and sicker every day.
So in order to be healthier we must eat more vegetables and fruit and we must give up junk food!!!...
